Curated plans to fit your needs

clan provides supported living services and adult transition services to students with autism and neurodivergent profiles. Every clan student gets the same foundation — a dedicated independence coach, a personal goal plan, and a built-in community. Choose the shape of your support: a flexible bank you draw on when life needs it, or a set weekly rhythm. Plans are reviewed every semester and grow (or shrink) with you.

How the flex bank works: your 15 hours are there for the weeks that need more — a hard project stretch, a rough transition, appointment support, extra practice before something new. Book any bank hour at least 7 days in advance, at the times that suit you. To keep support steady rather than crammed, no more than 5 bank hours can be scheduled in any week (your weekly anchor session is separate and always yours). Bank runs low? Top it up anytime — or step into essential or core.
How enrollment works: clan is an annual program aligned to the academic year, so support covers the whole arc — move-in, midterms, the quiet weeks, and finals. Your package is chosen together during enrollment and can be adjusted at any semester review as your student grows. Founding-cohort pricing and Arizona ESA billing details: start a conversation.
Why our hours go further at UAT

The campus does half the work. On purpose.

Some programs provide 20–30 hours of weekly support because their students live in isolated apartments and the program must supply everything — even the tutors. clan’s founding residence is different: Founder’s Hall sits on the University of Advancing Technology campus, a small, mentored university where faculty know students by name and support is the culture, not an add-on. So our coaching doesn’t duplicate what UAT already does brilliantly — we connect you to it.

Mentored academics, built inUAT provides the tutors and accessible professors — your coach helps you book them, prep for them, and actually go.
Dorm life, not isolationResidence social events, common spaces, and neighbors who share your interests — connection is steps from your door.
Everything within a walkCampus café and Starbucks on site, In-N-Out next door, QuikTrip and groceries across the street, a mall a few blocks down. Independence practice, no car required.
South Mountain out backMiles of hiking and desert quiet directly behind campus — regulation and recreation, whenever you need it.
What coaching covers

Six domains. One goal: yours.

Independent living

Cooking, laundry, money, home care — practiced in your real space until they’re just how you live.

Executive function

Planning systems, time made visible, deadline scaffolding — built around your brain, not a template.

Academic navigation

Accommodations, registration, and making full use of UAT’s tutors and professors — we book, prep, and debrief together.

Social & community

Residence events, campus clubs, roommate life — low-pressure, opt-in, and genuinely yours.

Career & future

Portfolio culture, internships, and next steps — leaning on UAT’s project-based, industry-connected world.

Self-advocacy & wellbeing

Asking for what you need, sensory regulation, and routines that protect your energy.
