Arizona Neurodiverse Independent Living

Neurodiverse College Support in Tempe, AZ.

clan students are fully capable college students. Our job is the layer that high school doesn't prepare you for and dorm life doesn’t come with.

Coaching

One-to-one coaching that starts where you are — from first solo grocery run to managing your own appointments, money, finances, and time, as well as social and community integration support.

Functioning

Executive functioning coaching, learning lanning systems, deadline scaffolding, and routines built around how your brain actually works — not a one-size planner.

Independence

Living skills like cooking, laundry, budgeting, roommate life, and keeping a space you like living in — practiced in your real apartment, not a classroom.

Community

Belonging, shared interests, low-pressure social events, and neighbors who get it. Your clan is the point, not a perk.

Academics

Accommodations offices, Campus & course navigation, professors, registration, financial aid — we help you work the systems until you can work them solo.

Advocacy

Health and hygiene, appointments, routines, sensory needs, and asking for what you need — practiced until speaking up feels like second nature.

How it works

Three steps. No surprises.

Predictability is a feature here. You’ll always know what’s next.

1

Connect

A relaxed intro call — student and family together or separately, your choice. We learn your goals, your college plans, and what support actually looks like for you.

2

Plan

We build your individual support plan: coaching cadence, executive-functioning tools, living-skills goals, and how it all fits around your class schedule.

3

Move in

Move into your clan residence before the semester starts. Your coach, your neighbors, and your routines are in place before day one of classes.

For students

This is your move.

You pick the college. You set the goals. Coaching works for you — not around you. See a typical week, meet current residents, or just ask us anything.
